This is a women's only beginners martial arts course that starts on Monday, 10th November 2025 and will run for 6 weeks every Monday and Wednesdays 18:00 - 19:00 with our female head coach Indra Davis.
This course is perfect for women who may feel more comfortable with female training partners ONLY.
