Join Our 6-Weeks K1 Kickboxing Beginners Course.
Next course starts on Monday, 13th January 2025.
A typical class involves shadow boxing, skipping, heavy bag work, and pad work. You will learn punching and kicking combinations, footwork, defensive skills, and much more. K1 Kickboxing is an outstanding method of becoming fitter, shedding unwanted body fat, and developing a lean physique.
Time: Mondays and Wednesdays (6pm-7pm)
